The Symposium will feature thought-provoking panel and interactive discussions highlighting best practices in mediation, collaborative law, and other ADR mechanisms shaping the future of family justice. Our panel of speakers from different jurisdictions, as well as from a range of legal and non-legal backgrounds who deal with the multi-faceted family structures common in our modern society will share their valuable insights on these fundamental aspects of family law.
GALA DINNER at The Hong Kong Club (6 November 2026)
The HKFLA40 Gala Dinner is a celebration of four decades of dedication to family law. The evening will feature distinguished Keynote Speakers sharing insights on the evolution and future of family law in Hong Kong, followed by an elegant night of live music and dancing.
Note: There are two (2) separate ticketed events: (i) Symposium and Cocktail Reception on 5th and 6th Nov 2026; and (ii) Gala Dinner on 6th Nov 2026.

- Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- The Hong Kong Family Law Association (“HKFLA”) reserves the right to amend the programme without prior notice. HKFLA also reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
- HKFLA reserves the right to cancel tickets in the discretion of the organiser for any disruptive behaviour including removal from the venue conference.
