Elvis Ng is a Supervisor of School Social Work Service & Net Education and Counselling Service. He is an experienced Social Worker in Youth Service, School Social Work Service and Family Service. Elvis also teaches counselling courses in universities.  He developed the Net Education and Counselling Service in 2004. Elvis has conducted over hundreds of professional training on the healthy use of the internet and handling various youth online risks. He seeks to reach Teachers, Educational and Clinical Psychologists, Medical Professionals, Government Officers and Social Workers in Hong Kong, Macao and Mainland China.
