The Modern Families Conference 2024 (Hong Kong) (“MFC2024”) is a two-day conference which has been organised by the Hong Kong Family Law Association to highlight child and family law issues which family law practitioners need to address to provide legal expertise and support to modern families.
The complexity of changing family structures and emergent areas of family law reveal many challenges and constraints faced by modern families. The MFC2024 will bring together a multi-disciplinary group of local and international family law practitioners, judiciary, mental health professionals and NGOs to discuss, share and explore the legal needs of a modern family.
